READ: ‘Sex And The City 3’ Is Better With A New Cast?

“Sex and the City 3” is a gift that everyone deserves. However, there’s still no confirmation that Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie), Kim Cattrall (Samantha), Kristin Davis (Charlotte), and Cynthia Nixon (Miranda) will be in the movie.

However, in an Instagram post by SJ Parker is that she’s “under a strict gag order” about the project. Reports say that changes were made in the script before Parker signed the contract.

For the other women, it was also reported that the deal had been done and the women have signed their roles. The filming of the “Sex and the City 3” is said to start summer of 2017, Telegraph reports.

It can be recalled that the first film was a sure hit box office. It was gained an impressive $415 million. The first film was released on 2008 which, regardless of the box office hit, reviews weren’t that good.

However, the sequel which was released on 2010 was not that successful than the first movie. Some reviews even cited that the second film was racially insensitive.

“Sex and the City 3” is one of the most anticipated films considering that Kristin Davis had hinted that they’re not finished, yet. Patricia Field, the stylist of the film and TV show, has the same sentiments, but she added that new and younger characters must be part of the new movie, Huffington Post reports.

As of writing, there is still no confirmation of the cast, whether there’ll be new or recurring cast. The only thing sure is “Sex and the City 3” will be happening soon and that’s something worth waiting for, right?
